Adding a New Funeral Record

Client & Next of Kin #

Adding a funeral record is really easy,  Choose your Branch from the dropdown menu; this is useful if you wish to enter a Funeral for a different branch. First, input the Client or Instructor details, followed by the Next of Kin details. If they are identical, you can click on the "Copy Client Details to Next of Kin" option, which will transfer all the information to the Next of Kin.

MyFunerManager -NOK

Dont Select Save untill you have completed the full form.

Deceased

Here you can add all of the information about the deceased, The "

 

Deceased Image

(This is a paid for module)

This option is only used for the Facebook/Social Media module if this is something you have asked us to provide, It will post the image along with the funeral details on to your social media pages.

Invoice

The Invoice Tab allows YOU to edit the invoice, removing items or changeing descriptions on a one off basis.

This is taken from the Service Tab (

Anything you change here will be shown in the invoice/Estimate

Payments

Payments can be added here, untill the funeral bill is paid, you can enter a maximum of 4 payments if you need more please contact our support and we can add more.

Emails

The Email tab allows you to send emails to Clients/Minister.

Check the Information you have is correct and then click the Emails Tab, Select who you would like to send an email to then click save at the bottom, Its better to check the Documents Tab first to check the Document is displayed correct and has all the correct information before you send your email.
